How these numbers work
We count the property sales recorded in the public registry of properties, by the date they were filed. A month counts once 45 days have passed since it ended, because some sales take time to be recorded. The median price is the one in the middle, half the sales cost less and half cost more, and we only show it with 30 sales or more. We never show a single sale, owners or addresses.
