Cash buyers in Puerto Rico
For a wholesaler, closing a deal comes down to who you bring it to. Cash Buyers, on the Investor plan, shows the investors who bought in Puerto Rico without a mortgage, from recorded sales, by town and price.
How a cash purchase is told apart
A purchase counts as cash when no mortgage on the property was recorded with the sale or within a week of it.
Investors are companies, people with two or more cash purchases, people who resold one, and subasta buyers. Banks, cooperativas and government agencies are left out.
What you see of a buyer
- How many cash purchases they made, and in which towns.
- Their typical price.
- Their purchases one by one, with the address when there is one.
- For a company, when it is available, its mailing address, its resident agent and its officers from the public registry of companies.
How to use it
Filter by your deal's town and price, and bring the deal to whoever already bought something like it.
Public records can be incomplete or late, so verify before you act.
